This smooothie rocks!
I didn’t think I was going to like it, but I did. And then when I ‘fixed it’. I liked it even better.
I make mine in a single serve blender, like that bullet one. You can easily double, triple or quadruple this recipe t make enough for a crowd
2 cups baby spinach leaves, organic if possible
1/2 an avacado, ripe and organic
2 Tbsp Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 Tbsp, liquid Turmeric
1 cup cold water (cold coconut water is even better)
1/2 tsp Monk Fruit sweetener
A couple of ice cubes
Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy. It’s that easy. And to all about the perfect breakfast, break fast. First meal of the day that gets your body going. The micronutrients feeding your cells and all that healthy fat for your body to run on after your morning practice.
A couple of options to make it yours:
Fresh mint leaves
A couple frozen blueberries
Change up the leafy greens with kale and lettuces (always have some spinach)
Essential oils, like those here at Young Living
The thing is to try some things are see what you like best. The sky is the limit, consider my recipe the ‘base’ recipe and canvas to start your masterpiece with.
