Paleo Asian Coleslaw

1/4cup Liquid Aminos (or Tamari)

1/4cup Honey, raw

1/4cup Sesame Oil

2Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1Tbsp Rice Vinegar

3Tbsp Almond Butter

1 Garlic clove, minced

1Tbsp Ginger, fresh grated

1Tbsp sesame seeds

2cups Green Onions, sliced

1Tbsp Chili Flakes

1tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 head Green Cabbage, shredded

1/2 head Red Cabbage, shredded

3 Carrots, julienne

1/2cup Cilantro, chopped


1) Using a food processor, emulsify the liquid aminos through ginger until smooth

2) Stir in the sesame seeds, green onions, chili flakes and salt. Set dressing aside

3) In a large bowl toss the vegetables with the dressing until well coated.

4) Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve
